11/28/2023 0 Comments Fast rewind buttonthe thing with the native jackie controller of studio one is that it wont let u to do any changes.īut like i said is a long and tedious work to do, so if u thing it didn't worth to do all the midi learning and mapping just for the proper work of the rewind and fast forward buttons, and you can live with that, then probably it to much trouble for small thing. Hi man dont know if this will really help you cause it seems like you are using the native mackie control support on studio one, but if u use the "new control surface"preset and midi learn all controllers in your hardware controller, and then assign all function you want( i know a time consuming and a tedious work to do), and if your controller send release midi messages, u can assign the release message to the stop button so if u rewind for example and then release the button it will send a stop message and will stop rewinding. So please, PRESOUNS, show me a way to assign that behaviour to the fast forward and rewind buttons on my Roland A-800 PRO. As long as I hold down the + key, the song position scrubs forward, and backwards while holding down the - key. I also know that the minus and plus keys on the num section of the computer keyboard function in that scrubbing-like way. Why oh why is there no such assignment in the assign-function list? However I know that Studio One understands their correct behavior: for when I simply load the MACKIE control template, these buttons on my A-PRO do exactly what they should: They rewind/forward when depressed and stop when I release them. Otherwise, the winding won't stop when I release the button, even if I change their behaviour to on/off or latch or whatever. Perhaps it should be reworded to When will there be an Android music player that has a true fastforward/rewind button, like Apple has EDIT: Thread title was. THE FORWARD/REWIND buttons! I can only get them to somehow do what they should by assigning them to the forwar/backwards by BARS. I have created a new control surface for it and everything is just fine, except for I use a Roland A-800 PRO to control Studio One. If(GUI.Button(Rect(10, 10+(i*clipButtonSize), Screen.width/2-30, clipButtonSize), songs*.After extended research on the net without a solution to the problem, I turn to here. GUI.Label(Rect(10, 10, Screen.width - 20, 10000), info) ĪUDIOscrollVector = GUI.BeginScrollView(Rect(Screen.width/2+5, 10, Screen.width/2-10, Screen.height - 60), AUDIOscrollVector, Rect(10, 10, Screen.width/2-30, clipButtonSize*songs.length)) INFOscrollVector = GUI.BeginScrollView(Rect(10, 10, Screen.width/2-5, Screen.height - 60), INFOscrollVector, Rect(10, 10, Screen.width/2-25, 10000)) GUI.BeginGroup(Rect(10, Screen.height-50, Screen.width - 15, 40)) Private var AUDIOscrollVector : Vector2 = Vector2.zero Private var INFOscrollVector : Vector2 = Vector2.zero Here is my code: RequireComponent(AudioSource) However, the fast forward button has no effect, but the rewind button works fine. Some blogs given solution but all are for control view, example: app:fastforwardincrement'30000' app:rewindincrement'30000' But in my case button are completely outside of the player view. I need to be able to fast forward and rewind audio clips, and I'm doing so with `audio.pitch`. This two-button are outside exoplayer view, but in the screen and when user will click on 'Forward' or 'Rewind' it will work accordingly. I'm doing a project for school on the connection of music to the brian, and I'm using Unity because of it's gui system.
